On this page, you will find more information about the prices and discounts for the catered chalets of Wens Chalets. The price of your stay depends on factors such as the chalet you choose, the travel period, the number of guests, and any discounts or extras.

When you and your group would like to privately rent an entire catered chalet from Wens Chalets, each chalet has a minimum number of fully paying guests. This minimum number differs per chalet and can be found on the page of the chalet you are interested in.
The price calculation is based on, among other things:
Would you like to rent a chalet privately, but does your group not meet the minimum number of guests? In some cases, this may still be possible. A private-use surcharge may then be calculated. For some chalets, it may also be possible to share the chalet with other guests.

Are you booking with more adults than the chalet’s high-season minimum? Then a group discount may apply.
For every additional guest above the adult high-season minimum, you receive a 30% discount. This group discount applies only to weekly stays and does not apply to short stays.
Example: are you booking a catered chalet in low season with 18 adults, where the high-season minimum is 16 adults? Then you receive a 30% discount for the 17th and 18th person.
The exact discount is included in the price calculation on the chalet page or in the price quote you receive from us.
Are you going on a ski vacation with children? At Wens Chalets, special rates apply for children up to and including 10 years old. These children’s discounts apply only to weekly stays and do not apply to short stays.
The standard children’s rates are:
To make use of the children’s discount, the total chalet amount must still be met. This means that the minimum chalet price is calculated based on the minimum number of guests multiplied by the adult price per person.
Always provide the ages of the children with your inquiry or price calculation. This allows us to calculate the correct price and any children’s discount.
For individual room bookings, the price is per person, based on a minimum of 2 fully paying guests per bedroom. Is a 3rd or 4th person staying in the same bedroom? These guests receive a 30% discount on the person price. Children aged 2 to 3 years inclusive pay € 250.00 per person, and babies aged 0 to 1 year inclusive stay free of charge. This price structure does not apply to apartments with multiple rooms.
When staying in a catered chalet from Wens Chalets, many elements are already included. This way, you know exactly what to expect in advance. For Chalet Nëidia, six three-course dinners are not included; instead, one pizza evening and one fondue evening are included. The remaining evenings are free to arrange yourself.

Tourist tax is not included in the chalet price. These costs differ per destination and, where applicable, are listed or charged separately according to the information in your booking confirmation or travel documents.
For some chalets, a deposit may also apply. If this applies to your stay, it will be stated in your booking information.
After confirming your booking, you will receive the booking confirmation from us with the payment information. This states which amount you pay as a deposit and when the final payment is due.
Always check the booking confirmation carefully. It contains details such as the travel period, the chalet, the number of guests, the price, any discounts, extras, and payment agreements.
For some chalets or periods, a short stay may be possible. The conditions and prices for this may differ from a standard weekly stay.
