At Wens Chalets, our chalet hosts do much more than just cook. They run the entire chalet, either alone or together, and make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
In the morning, our chalet hosts prepare breakfast for you and your group. Breakfast usually starts between 7:30 AM and 9:00 AM, so you can begin your ski day at a relaxed pace. When guests leave for the slopes after breakfast, the chalet hosts make sure everything is cleared away and the communal areas are neat and well cared for later in the day.
From late afternoon, the hosts are fully active again. Around 4:00 PM, they start preparing for the evening: they create a welcoming atmosphere in the chalet, prepare dinner, and then serve the three-course dinner to you and your group.
They also take care of all kinds of practical tasks in and around the chalet. This includes administration, ordering groceries, and providing a short room cleaning round on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. At the end of the week, the chalet hosts also take care of the full final cleaning, so everything is ready for the next group.
